Leftovers: I highly recommend making and enjoying this smoothie fresh. But, if you have leftovers or want to make it ahead, you can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. When ready to drink, give it a shake (as it may separate a bit) and enjoy!*For best blending:
If using a blender cup with the blade on top (like many personal blenders), add frozen or harder ingredients (like banana and frozen spinach) first, followed by the chia seeds and matcha, then the yogurt and liquid last.
If using a traditional blender with the blade at the bottom, reverse the order with liquids first and frozen ingredients last.
