This cookie dough yogurt bowl tastes like a treat but is secretly packed with protein and fiber to help keep you full all morning. Because who says breakfast can't be fun and nourishing?
Combine the yogurt, honey, almond butter, flaxseed, vanilla and salt in a bowl. For best results, I recommend doing this the night before (or even 1-2 hours ahead) so that the flaxseed absorbs moisture and thickens the "cookie dough".
1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoon almond butter, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoon ground flaxseed, ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract, ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
Top with chocolate chips or your toppings and mix ins of choice.
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
Enjoy!
Notes
*Nutrition calculated with the dark chocolate chips but will vary depending on the toppings and mix-ins you choose (feel free to experiment!).Prep Ahead: The cookie dough yogurt tastes best when made at least a couple of hours in advance (I usually make it the night before) and can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator. When ready to eat, add chocolate chips and enjoy!
