It is full of protein and fiber to fuel your busy morning but with a creamy matcha flavor that almost feels like you're treating yourself at your go-to café.
Add the ingredients to the blender in the order listed.*
½ cup frozen cauliflower, 2 oz spinach, 5 noor dates, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 and ¼ teaspoon matcha powder, ¾ cup Greek yogurt, ¾ cup water, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Pause to scrape down the sides or stir and add water, if needed.

Leftovers: I recommend making and enjoying this smoothie fresh but if you have leftovers or want to make it ahead, you can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. When ready to drink, give it a shake (as it may separate a bit) and enjoy!*For best blending:
